Americana is a Module for Hatsune Miku, based off the winning illustration for Collaboration B of piapro and San Francisco JAPAN TOWN's collaboration contest for the J-POP SUMMIT Festival 2011 event.[2]

Description[]

The Module's attire consists of lightest gray headphones with a blue star-shaped mic, and dark blue rectangles on the earpads, a short white jacket with blue sleeves and collar, and red streamers on the edges, a red choker, a short blue crop top tied into a bow at the center, a white skirt with red streamers on the bottom edges held with a blue belt that features silver star designs, and white heeled boots with red streams on top. Additionally, Miku's twin-tails are held with blue star-shaped hairbands.

Game appearances[]

The Module first appears in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade where it was added to the game on 31 July 2012 and can be bought for 300 VP. It is also featured exclusively in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Extend's PlayStation 3 port, Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Dreamy Theater Extend, and is available at the start of the game. Americana also appeared in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F 2nd as downloadable content purchasable from the PlayStation store.

It also returned in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X where it can be randomly unlocked by clearing the Chance Time on any song in Cloud Requests and fully clearing the song. It is attributed with the Aura Cool, gives a +20% Voltage bonus when used in a song attributed with the same Aura, and its gameplay effect is "10-sec Rate Up". In Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone, the Module is included in the Colorful Tone song pack and can be bought for 900 VP. It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix, with its appearance modified to include the ToonShader graphics.

Other media appearances[]

The Module appeared in the Saigo no Miku no Hi Kanshasai concert where it was used for the song "Po Pi Po". The concert is also the first known use of the Module.
