The Module's attire consists of a yellow vest with blue stripes, a pink odd-shaped pin and an orange "L" pin, and a black collar, a green, collared shirt with dark green stripes and white cuffs, a turquoise bowtie, a turquoise glove on the left hand, and a white cuff with turquoise cufflinks on the right wrist, a green striped undershirt, yellow pants with a black, collar-like hem and green striped fabric stitched between the legs, blue and green stockings, light-green socks, and black and green shoes with orange laces.
Additionally, Len's hair features blue hues, his bangs are noticeably shorter, parting to the left, has tufts of hair sticking out on top of and on the sides of his head, his eyes are are a greenish-blue with tiny stars on the irises, and he wears blue headphones.

It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone where it was added to the game on 27 April 2016 and can be bought for 250 VP. In Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone, the Module is included in the 1st Encore Pack, classified as a Colorful Tone Module and can be bought for 750 VP. It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix, with its appearance modified to include the ToonShader graphics.
