This outfit was created with the cooperation of asahi, who was also responsible for the original video's character design. The concept is that of a cute, old-fashioned cabin attendant.

Cabin Attendant Hatsune Miku (CA 初音ミク?) is a Module for Hatsune Miku.

The Module's attire consists of a white speaker with an attached mic and a purple music note design on the earpad on the left ear, a turquoise attendant's cap with a gold star, a turquoise and white horizontally striped dress with two yellow buttons on the center chest area, and two small triangular-cuts on the front sides, revealing a teal fabric, a teal waist belt with a silver circle-shaped buckle, a red ascot, white gloves with red edge trimmings on the cuffs, dark leggings, and teal flats. Additionally, Miku's twin-tails are significantly shortened to shoulder-length.
Game appearances[]
The Module first appears in Hatsune Miku and Future Stars: Project Mirai where it can be unlocked after watching the PV for "Tricolore Airline" and can be bought for 5000 Mirai Points. It returns in Hatsune Miku: Project Mirai 2 and Project Mirai DX where it can be unlocked by clearing the aforementioned song on any difficulty and can be bought for 5000 Mirai Points in Project Mirai 2 and 3000 Mirai Points in Project Mirai DX. It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone where it was added to the game on 15 January 2014 and can be bought for 250 VP.
In Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone, the Module is included in the Colorful Tone song pack and can be bought for 750 VP. It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix, with its appearance modified to include the ToonShader graphics.
