The Outfit's attire consists of a black striped work blouse with puffed sleeves and white cuffs, a white collar with a pink bow tied on, a cropped black vest with white trims and a gray tag on the left side, a white apron with lace designs on the trims, a black striped skirt that also has lace on the trim, brown stockings with diamond patterns, and black Mary-Jane pumps. Additionally, Miku's hair becomes light jade green, her bangs are parted to the right with a hairclip that has clover on it, and she wears a black head wrap with openings for her twin-tails.

The Outfit first appears in Hatsune Miku and Future Stars: Project Mirai where it can be unlocked after watching the PV for "Clover♣Club" and can be bought for 5000 Mirai Points. It returns in Hatsune Miku: Project Mirai 2 and Hatsune Miku: Project Mirai DX where it can be unlocked by clearing the aforementioned song on any difficulty and can be bought for 5000 Mirai Points in Project Mirai 2 and 3000 Mirai Points in Project Mirai DX.
