- He chose the name "DECO" because he has a large forehead, a reference to the Japanese word for forehead, "deko" (凸?).
- Likewise, he chose the numbers "2" and "7" becuase they were his favorite numbers, and the asterik was from a glance at his keyboard.
- He is the CEO of the music studio OTOIRO, also serving as composer, lyricist, and manipulator.
