"Dream-Eating Monochrome Baku" first appeared in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F where it was one of the DLC songs released as a purchasable add-on to the PlayStation Vita version of the game while in the PlayStation 3 version, it can be unlocked by clearing "Tokyo Teddy Bear". It was later added to Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone on 18 December 2014. In Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone, "Dream-Eating Monochrome Baku" was included in the Future Sound song pack. It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix in the 6th Additional Song Pack/Song Pack 6. Its PV was modified to include the ToonShader graphics, though it has the same rhythm game it has in Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone in Arcade Mode.
