The Module first appeared in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F where it is unlocked after clearing "Fire◎Flower" on Hard difficulty and can be bought for 60000 DIVA Points. It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade where it was added to the game on 6 June 2013 and can be bought for 1000 VP. The Module was featured once again in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F 2nd where it can be unlocked by clearing at least 45 songs with Len and can be bought for 10000 DIVA Points (or if the Module is already obtained in Project DIVA F, it can be imported over to Project DIVA F 2nd at no cost).
Kagamine Len Swimshorts was featured once again in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X where it can be randomly unlocked by clearing the Chance Time on any song in Cloud Requests and fully clearing the song. It is attributed with the Aura Quirky and its gameplay effect is "100-Combo Bonus Lv. 2". In Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone, the Module is included in the Future Sound song pack and can be bought for 3000 VP. It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix, with its appearance modified to include the ToonShader graphics.
