"Freely Tomorrow" first appeared in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F where it can be unlocked by clearing "Hm? Ah, Yes.". It was later added as one of the first songs to the newly updated Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone on 20 November 2013. A new arrangement of the song was featured as part of "Cute Medley - Idol Sounds" in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X and Hatsune Miku: VR Future Live with Project DIVA. In Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone, "Freely Tomorrow" was included in the Future Sound song pack. It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix, with its PV modified to include the ToonShader graphics, though its rhythm game charts from Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone remain the same in Arcade Mode.
