Game appearances[]

"Hand in Hand" first appeared in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X as DLC. Once downloaded, the song is available in Cloud Requests in an EXTRA Cloud that is accessible after clearing "The Ultimate Festival!" event request. The song would also be available in Free Play mode after clearing it in Cloud Requests. The song's full version can be played in Concert Editor mode. "Hand in Hand" is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone where it was added to the game on 31 August 2016, albeit with a slightly shorter version and modified PV from Project DIVA X.

In Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone, the song was included in the 2nd Encore Pack and is classified as a Colorful Tone song. It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix, with its PV modified to include the ToonShader graphics, though it has the same rhythm game it has in Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone in Arcade Mode.
