Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix+ (初音ミク -Project DIVA- Mega 39's+?) is the digital re-release of Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix for Steam. It was announced and released on 26 May 2022.

The details and notes of the following changes for MegaMix+ are listed as follows:
- Ver. 1.01 (15 June 2022)[1]
- Fixed an issue with sound going out of sync in certain enviroments.
- Adjusted visual expressions in certain videos.
- The game will no longer self-pause when the player is inactive as a song's video is playing in Viewing Mode or Playlist Mode.
- Adjusted the UI for English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish.
- Stability improvements and other bug fixes.
- Ver. 1.02 (15 July 2022)[2]
- Fixed an issue with sound going out of sync and no audio output under certain environmental conditions.
- Fixed an issue of the game crashing upon exiting in certain environments.
- Adjusted visual expressions in certain videos.

Trivia[]
- This is the first game in the Project DIVA series to be released for PC.
- This game marks the return of "Kagamine HachiHachi Flower Fight", which has not been included in any other Project DIVA game after its inclusion in Arcade Future Tone in 2014.
- The price for the base game is, fittingly, $39.39.[3]
