Heat Haze (陽炎,Kagerō?) is a Module for Kagamine Rin.
The Module's attire consists of a black bow, white sarashi covering Rin's chest with black trimming on the bottom, a matching sarashi on her left arm, a black fingerless glove, black lace going from her right shoulder to her stomach, and what appears to be the portion of a black coat that is tied with red strings, black pants with red lace designs on the legs and black shoes. Additionally, her hair becomes orange with darker hues, her bangs are held with black bobby pins, save for three loose strands, her eyes become green, and wears red eye-shadow, lipstick, and nail polish.
In Project DIVA Extend, Arcade Future Tone, the PlayStation 4 port, and MegaMix+, the lipstick is a lighter shade.

The Module first appeared in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Extend where it is unlocked after clearing "Iroha Uta" on Normal difficulty and can be bought for 20000 DIVA Points. It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade where it was added to the game on 26 April 2012 and can be bought for 250 VP. The Module also made an appearance in Miku Flick/02 where it was featured in the PV for "Iroha Uta". The Module was featured once again in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F 2nd where it is unlocked after clearing "Roshin Yukai" on Hard difficulty and can be bought for 25000 DIVA Points.
Heat Haze was featured once again in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X where it can be randomly unlocked by clearing the Chance Time on any song in Cloud Requests and fully clearing the song. It is attributed with the Aura Elegant, gives a +20% Voltage bonus when used in a song attributed with the same Aura, and its gameplay effect is "Chance Star Catcher". In Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone, the Module is included in the Colorful Tone song pack and can be bought for 750 VP. It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix+ where it is included in the Extra Song Pack. It would also be included in the original Project DIVA MegaMix where it is featured in the Song Pack 18 DLC. The Module's appearance was modified in the latter to include the ToonShader graphics.
