"Hm? Ah, Yes." first appeared in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F where it is unlocked by clearing "ACUTE". It was later added to Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone on 23 April 2015. An Extra Extreme difficulty rhythm game chart for the song was added on 22 August 2018. In Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone, the song is included in the Future Sound song pack and its Extra Extreme difficulty chart was added later via a patch on 27 September 2018. The song's Extreme rhythm game chart was also included in the 8.5 Master Course in the game's Survival Course mode.

It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix in the 3rd Additional Song Pack/Song Pack 3. Its PV was modified to include the ToonShader graphics, though it has the same rhythm game it has in Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone in Arcade Mode.
