"Knife" first appeared in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F 2nd where it is unlocked by clearing "Thousand Year Solo". It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone, where it was added to the game on 22 December 2015. In Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone, the song was included in the Future Sound song pack.
"Knife" is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix in the 6th Additional Song Pack/Song Pack 6. Its PV was modified to include the ToonShader graphics, though it has the same rhythm game it has in Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone in Arcade Mode.
