"Last Night, Good Night" debuted in the first Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA game where it is unlocked after clearing "Star Story". The song would later be featured in the PlayStation 3 ports Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Dreamy Theater and Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Dreamy Theater 2nd with the exact same rhythm game and PV (albeit with updated high-definition visuals).

The song was also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade and Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone where it was one of the first songs in the initial version of the arcade game as with the other songs previously featured in the first Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA game. In Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone, "Last Night, Good Night" was included in the Future Sound song pack.

The song is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix in the 11th Additional Song Pack/Song Pack 11. Its PV was modified to include the ToonShader graphics, though it has the same rhythm game it has in Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone in Arcade Mode.
