Lin Xiao-Mei Costume (怪盗ブラックテール,Kaitō Burakku Tēru?, lit. Phantom Thief Black Tail) is a Module for MEIKO.
MEIKO's Module is based off the character Lin Xiao-Mei from the Shining series. It consists of a short, light-lavender cheongsam with an opening in the chest area, dark pink trimmings and flower designs near the edges, a white crop-top with green petal-like facets on the breasts and a small, white bow in the center. There is also a large, lavender fabric tied into a small bow on the waist, a long white glove on the left arm and a short white glove on the right hand, both with petal-like openings and an additional lavender ribbon on the right wrist, white ribbons on the bottom sides of the qipao, lavender ribbons on the left thigh and the right ankle, a long white sock on the right leg with a diagonally cut opening, and lavender flats. Additionally, MEIKO wears white bun covers tied with lavender ribbons, has brown cat ears with pink canals, and has a lavender cat tail with a white tip.

The Module first appeared in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Extend where it is unlocked after clearing "NekoMimi Switch" on Hard difficulty and can be bought for 20000 DIVA Points. It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade where it was added to the game on 5 November 2012 and can be bought for 250 VP. The Module was featured once again in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F 2nd as downloadable content that can be purchased from the PlayStation Store.
Lin Xiao-Mei Costume was featured once again in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X where it can be randomly unlocked by clearing the Chance Time on any song in Cloud Requests and fully clearing the song. It is attributed with the Aura Quirky, gives a +20% Voltage bonus when used in a song attributed with the same Aura, and its gameplay effect is "Rate Up Plus Lv. 2". In Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone, the Module is available in the Prelude demo and can be bought for 750 VP. It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix, with its appearance modified to include the ToonShader graphics.
