The Module has two alternate versions that share major differences.
In Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA 2nd, Extend, F 2nd, and X, it consists of a Santa hat, white puffy headphones, a red Santa dress with red straps tied into a ribbon and two big puffballs in the center, a matching skirt, matching finger loop gloves, long black boots, a red ring on MEIKO's right middle finger, and a necklace with a charm.
In Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade, Dreamy Theater 2nd, Dreamy Theater Extend, Arcade Future Tone and its PlayStation 4 port, and MegaMix, this version is drastically different from the above mentioned attire. It consists of a red strapless Santa dress with two big puffballs in the center held by a brown waist belt, a white collar, matching short detachable sleeves, long legwarmers with puffballs hanging off from the cuffs, and black boots. The hat and the headphones are retained.

The Module made a simultaneous debut in both Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA 2nd and Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade. In Project DIVA 2nd, it was featured as downloadable content purchasable from the PlayStation Store, released on 30 November 2010 while in Project DIVA Arcade, it was added to the game on the same day and can be bought for 150 VP. It returns in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Extend where it can be unlocked by clearing "Requiem for the Phantasma" on Hard difficulty and can be bought for 20000 DIVA Points.
MEIKO Christmas was featured once again in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F 2nd as downloadable content purchasable from the PlayStation Store. The Module also returned in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X where it can be obtained as a Rare Module Drop by clearing "The First Festival!" event request using MEIKO. It is attributed with the Aura Quirky, gives a +20% Voltage bonus when used in a song attributed with the same Aura, and its gameplay effect is "Rare Module Dropper Lv. 3". In Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone, the Module is included in the Future Sound song pack and can be bought for 450 VP. It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix, with its appearance modified to include the ToonShader graphics.
