"Mousou Sketch" debuted in Hatsune Miku and Future Stars: Project Mirai where it was unlocked after clearing "On The Rocks". The Kagamine Rin version was unlockable after watching the staff credits and clearing the song again on Normal or Hard difficulty. It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade where it was added to the game on 18 January 2012. When the arcade game was updated to Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone, an Extra Extreme difficulty rhythm game chart for the song was added on 21 February 2018. The song returns in Hatsune Miku: Project Mirai 2 and Hatsune Miku: Project Mirai DX where it was unlocked after clearing "1/6 -out of the gravity-", with the Rin version being unlocked after clearing the song.
The song also made an appearance in Miku Flick/02 where it was purchasable in the "mirai_Pack01" DLC. In Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone, "Mousou Sketch" was included in the Colorful Tone song pack and its Extra Extreme difficulty chart was added later via a patch on 19 April 2018. It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix in the Song Pack 2 DLC. Its PV was modified to include the ToonShader graphics, though it has the same rhythm game it has in Project DIVA Arcade in Arcade Mode.
