The Module's attire consists of a dark brown hoodie with cat ear bulges, red edge trimming and straps, and white frilled trimming, all tied with a white headband, a red dress with petal-like flaps, white edge frills, and yellow center stitching, a white and black under-dress with a white tutu-like skirt with black lace, a black tail charm attached to a waist belt, a matching choker with a ribbon, red detachable sleeves with white frilled cuffs, vertically striped black and white striped stockings, and red high-heels with white puffballs on the tips. Additionally, Miku's hair becomes dark turquoise and waist-length with diagonal bangs, her twin-tails are tied on the lower-back portion of her head, her eyes become yellow, her nails are red to match the rest of the attire, and she has a painted pink teardrop under her left eye.

The Module first appeared in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F where it is unlocked after clearing "Cat Food" on any difficulty and can be bought for 20000 DIVA Points. It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone where it was one of the first Modules added to the game following the Future Tone update on 21 November 2013 and can be bought for 250 VP. The Module was featured once again in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F 2nd where it can be unlocked by clearing "Karakuri Pierrot" while using the recommended Modules and can be bought for 7000 DIVA Points (or if the Module is already obtained in Project DIVA F, it can be imported over to Project DIVA F 2nd without any cost).
Pierretta was featured once again in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X where it can be obtained as a Rare Module Drop by clearing a "Hard/Extreme" or "Challenge" request in Cloud Requests. It is attributed with the Aura Elegant, gives a +20% Voltage bonus when used in a song attributed with the same Aura, and its gameplay effect is "100-Combo Rate Up Lv. 4". In Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone, the Module is included in both the Future Sound and Colorful Tone song packs and can be bought for 750 VP. The Module is also featured in Hatsune Miku: VR Future Live with Project DIVA where it can worn by Miku when enough Voltage is gained during the performance of "Cat Food" in "2nd Stage". A Module Card of the outfit can also be obtained by maxing out the Voltage gauge by the end of "2nd Stage". The player can have Miku wear the Module among others for her encore performance. It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix, with its appearance modified to include the ToonShader graphics.
