The Outfit's attire consists of a black, strapless dress with lace lining much of the middle of the blouse, a black bow on the back, an additional layer on the bottom, and laces on hems. There are also short, black gloves with red-violet bows with black polka dots, a white detachable collar, small, black flower tattoos on the left ankle, a black high-heels with ankle straps. Additionally, Miku's hair becomes a pale blue and she wears a black headband with a large red-violet corsage on the left side.

The Outfit firsts appears in Hatsune Miku: Project Mirai 2 where it can be unlocked by clearing "Romeo and Cinderella" on any difficulty and can be bought for 5000 Mirai Points. It returns in Hatsune Miku: Project Mirai DX with the same unlock conditions, though it now costs 3000 Mirai Points to buy.
