"Rosary Pale" first appeared in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade where it was added to the game on 27 June 2013. When the arcade game was updated to Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone, an Extra Extreme difficulty rhythm game chart for the song was added on 10 February 2016. The song was featured once again in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F 2nd as downloadable content that can be purchased from the PlayStation Store. Its PV was based on its earlier appearance but was slightly modified to have a Chance Time Success event.
In Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone, "Rosary Pale" was included in the Colorful Tone song pack. It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix in the Song Pack 7 DLC. Its PV was modified to include the ToonShader graphics, though it has the same rhythm game it has in Project DIVA Arcade in Arcade Mode.
