— Website description[1]

Running Miku (らんみんぐ RanMingu?) is a Module for Hatsune Miku. It was one of the winning Modules in Part A of SEGA and piapro's collaboration contest for Project DIVA F.[2]

Description[]

The Module's attire consists of pink earphones with a cord hanging around the back of the head, a necklace, a yellow and white track jacket with a pink zipper and teeth, a teal crop top with black trimmings and a number layer with the number "39" on it, a black bracelet, teal and white shorts with a black and pink hem, pink and blue sneakers with yellow laces, and pink and yellow band-aids on both knees. Additionally, Miku's twin-tails are held with thin black hairbands.

Game appearances[]

The Module first appeared in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F where it is unlocked after clearing "Black★Rock Shooter" on Normal difficulty and can be bought for 30000 DIVA Points. It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade where it was added to the game on 26 April 2013 and can be bought for 250 VP. The Module was featured once again in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F 2nd where it can be unlocked by clearing 40 songs with Miku and can be bought for 8000 DIVA Points (or if the Module is already obtained in Project DIVA F, it can be imported over to Project DIVA F 2nd at no cost).

Running Miku was featured once again in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X where it can be randomly unlocked by clearing the Chance Time on any song in Cloud Requests and fully clearing the song. It is attributed with the Aura Quirky, gives a +20% Voltage bonus when used in a song attributed with the same Aura, and its gameplay effect is "50-Combo Bonus Lv. 2". In Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone, the Module is included in the Future Sound song pack and can be bought for 750 VP. It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix, with its appearance modified to include the ToonShader graphics.

Trivia[]

  • The Module's original Japanese name is a portmanteau of the Hiragana spellings of "running" (らんんぐ) and Miku's given name (く).
