School Jersey (スクールジャージ,Sukūru Jāji?) is a Module for Kagamine Len. It was one of the winning Modules in SEGA and piapro's collaboration contest for Project DIVA 2nd.[2]
The Module's attire consists of a white collared shirt, a yellow undershirt, a blue necktie hanging on Len's right shoulder, a red jersey tied around his waist, red sweatpants with white stripes going down the sides that are rolled up to his calves, an orange wristband on his left wrist, loose white socks, and damaged tan slip-on indoor shoes with blue stitches and soles. Additionally, he wears black headphones with yellow logo designs and the wire being tucked into the shirt pocket, and black square-framed glasses.

The Module firsts appears in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA 2nd where it can be unlocked by clearing "Butterfly on Your Right Shoulder" on Hard difficulty and can be bought for 15000 DIVA Points. It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade where it was added to the game on 27 December 2010 and can be bought for 100 VP. It returns in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Extend where it can be unlocked by clearing a random song on Normal difficulty and has the same price from Project DIVA 2nd (or if the Module is already obtained in Project DIVA 2nd, it can be imported over to Project DIVA Extend at no cost).
School Jersey was featured once again in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F 2nd where it can be unlocked by clearing "Love-Hate" while using the "Cool Perfectionist+" challenge item and can be bought for 25000 DIVA Points. The Module also returned in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X where it can be randomly unlocked by clearing the Chance Time on any song in Cloud Requests and fully clearing the song. It is attributed with the Aura Cute, gives a +20% Voltage bonus when used in a song attributed with the same Aura, and its gameplay effect is "Rate Up Lv. 1". In Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone, the Module is included in the Future Sound song pack and can be bought for 300 VP. It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix, with its appearance modified to include the ToonShader graphics.
