"Secret Police" first appeared in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F where it was available at the start of the game. It was later added to Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone on 23 April 2014. In Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone, the song was included in the Future Sound song pack. It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix, with its PV modified to include the ToonShader graphics, though it has the same rhythm game it has in Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone in Arcade Mode.
