"Soundless Voice" first appeared in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F 2nd where it is unlocked by clearing "I'll Miku-Miku You♪ (For Reals)". It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone, where it was added to the game on 22 December 2015. In Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone, the song was included in the Future Sound song pack.

"Soundless Voice" is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix, with its PV modified to include the ToonShader graphics, though it has the same rhythm game it has in Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone in Arcade Mode.
