The Module's attire consists of black headphones with an attachment on the handle that clips on two pink highlights on the left twin-tail, a pink dress with light hues, a thin triangular cut going up to the mid-section, and a black logo design, a black enamel-like plate on the top part with pink system lights, a clear strap attached to the plate, a small clear tie, white detachable sleeves with black trimming and the left sleeve having the top part see-through, and Miku's "01" serial code in black, black fingerless gloves, white skirt with black trimmings and small black squares, a clear belt strap, and black boots with white cuffs and pink lights and soles.

The Module first appeared in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F where it is unlocked after clearing "Freely Tomorrow" on any difficulty and can be bought for 20000 DIVA Points. It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone where it was added to the game on 21 November 2013 and can be bought for 200 VP. The Module was featured once again in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F 2nd where it can be unlocked by clearing "Meteor" 5 times on any difficulty and can be bought for 7000 DIVA Points (or if the Module is already obtained in Project DIVA F, it can be imported over to Project DIVA F 2nd at no cost).
Star Vocalist was featured once again in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X where it can be obtained as a Rare Module Drop by clearing the Chance Time on "Cute Medley - Idol Sounds" in Cloud Requests and fully clearing the song. It is attributed with the Aura Classic, gives a +20% Voltage bonus when used in a song attributed with the same Aura, and its gameplay effect is "Safety Judge CT". In Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone, the Module is included in both the Future Sound and Colorful Tone song packs and can be bought for 600 VP. It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix, with its appearance modified to include the ToonShader graphics.

The Module appeared in the Hatsune Miku Magical Mirai 2013 concert where it was used for the song "Freely Tomorrow". It would later be used again for the song in the Hatsune Miku Magical Mirai 2014 and MIKU WITH YOU 2020 concerts.
