"What Do You Mean!?" is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix in the 5th Additional Song Pack/Song Pack 5. Its PV was modified to include the ToonShader graphics, though it has the same rhythm game it has in Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone in Arcade Mode.

The Extreme difficulty starts off with a 62 note Technical Zone which consists of a spam of Star Melody Icons. It is followed by single icons with occasional holds and arrows. The chorus contains two arrows followed by four notes in a symmetrical arrangement. Next is the instrumental, which contains a 53 note Technical Zone, and a mix of notes and stars. It is followed by the second verse, which is straightforward. The Chance Time contains the chorus which is still the same as the first, but the notes are overlapping. The ending is also straightforward.
Succeeding in Chance Time will result in an alternate PV, where a heart made of blocks are formed followed by blocks spelling "LOVE" in a red background. Otherwise, Miku will feel uneasy and continue on.

The Extreme difficulty starts with straightforward notes following the melody. It is also straightforward during the first verse, with occasional sliders. The pre chorus has an instance of double notes. The chorus is similar to the Extreme difficulty of the rhythm chart from F, but with sliders instead of arrows. Everything else is also straightforward and is similar to the previous notes. The notable change in the chorus is at the third repetition, the notes are on an alternating fashion, but still overlapping. The chorus ends in a quadruple hold.

Lyrics[]
