The Module's attire consists of black and yellow headphones with an attached mic in the right, a translucent sleeveless yellow jacket with flower designs that separates towards the bottom exposing Miku's stomach, white jagged trimming on top, and a lemon badge, a white collar, a tie, thick black wristbands with white and red parameters, short white shorts with a black trimming that includes the livetune logo, and yellow boots with black trimmings and soles. Additionally, Miku's bangs become shorter, and her twin-tails become thinner that curl at the bottom that are held with green-yellow hairbands.

The Module firsts appears in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA 2nd where it can be unlocked by clearing "Yellow" on Normal difficulty and can be bought for 20000 DIVA Points. It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade where it was added to the game on 1 November 2011 and can be bought for 150 VP. It returns in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Extend with the same unlock conditions from Project DIVA 2nd and can be bought for 15000 DIVA Points (or if the Module is already obtained in Project DIVA 2nd, it can be imported over to Project DIVA Extend at no cost). The Module also made an appearance in Miku Flick/02 where it was featured in the PV for "Yellow".
Yellow was featured once again in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F 2nd as downloadable content purchasable from the PlayStation store. The Module also returned in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X where it can be obtained as a Rare Module Drop by clearing a "Hard/Extreme" or "Challenge" request in Cloud Requests. It is attributed with the Aura Classic, gives a +20% Voltage bonus when used in a song attributed with the same Aura, and its gameplay effect is "New Module Dropper Lv. 4". In Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone, the Module is included in the Future Sound song pack and can be bought for 450 VP.
It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix in the Song Pack 4 DLC. Its appearance was modified to include the ToonShader graphics.

The Module appeared in the MikuPa 2011 Tokyo concert where it was used for the song "Yellow". It has since become a staple for the song in the following concerts:
