"From Y to Y" first appeared in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA 2nd where it was unlocked after clearing "The secret garden". It was also available in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Dreamy Theater 2nd with the exact same rhythm game and PV (albeit with updated high-definition visuals). The song is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade where it was added to the game on 27 March 2012. When the arcade game was updated to Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone, an Extra Extreme difficulty rhythm game chart for the song was added on 9 June 2016.
The song also made an appearance in Miku Flick/02 where it was purchasable in the "Star_Pack01" DLC. In Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone, "From Y to Y" was included in the Future Sound song pack and its Extra Extreme rhythm game chart was included in the 2nd Additional Song/Encore Pack. It is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix, with its PV modified to include the ToonShader graphics, though it has the same rhythm game it has in Project DIVA Arcade in Arcade Mode.
